VEED offers a freemium online video editor with AI tools for subtitles, translation, avatars, text-to-video, screen recording and background removal. It sells monthly and annual subscriptions, enterprise plans, credit-based pricing for AI generation, and a Subtitles API. It was founded in 2018 by Sabba Keynejad and Tim Mamedov, and bootstrapped until a $35M Sequoia-led Series A in February 2022. Sacra estimates about $50M ARR in May 2026 and around 10M monthly active users.
