Softchoice is a software-focused IT solutions and managed services provider. It sells cloud, software asset management, cybersecurity, digital workplace and AI consulting services, such as conversational AI and document AI, to US commercial and SMB customers and the Canadian market. It earns money by reselling software and cloud and by providing services, working with partners such as Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud and Adobe. It was founded in 1989 and had revenue of about $816M in 2023. World Wide Technology acquired it for about $1.3B in 2025, and it continues to operate as a separate WWT company. The company is Canadian (Toronto) and is not a Russian company.
