Its products include eClosing (wet, hybrid, eNote and RON), eVault, notary scheduling, AI-powered quality control and trailing document management. Revenue comes from software subscriptions and transaction fees paid by lenders and settlement providers. It raised a $150M Series D in May 2021 at a valuation above $1.5B, bringing total funding to roughly $250–265M. The company says it supports about 1 in 4 U.S. mortgage transactions.
