Skillsoft is a public company (NYSE: SKIL) that offers a cloud-based learning platform, Percipio. It carries a library of courses, books, audio, video, bootcamps and practice labs, plus AI coaching and simulation tools such as CAISY. Its customers are enterprises, government agencies and educational institutions, and it earns mostly recurring SaaS and subscription revenue. Skillsoft reported revenue of about $512.7M for the fiscal year ended January 31, 2026, down 3.5% from $531.0M the prior year. It became publicly traded again in June 2021 after an earlier IPO in 2000.
