Nitel
Nitel provides managed network services to enterprises: MPLS, Ethernet, dedicated internet access, SD-WAN, SASE and managed security. It sells through channel partners and directly. Its customers are mainly mid-size enterprises in financial services, healthcare, education and retail. In 2024 it acquired WAN Dynamics, and in 2025 it launched Nitel IQ, a cloud-native network and application analytics service with generative AI features. Comcast Business announced the acquisition of Nitel from private equity firm Cinven in December 2024 and completed it on April 1, 2025. Terms were not disclosed. Comcast cited about 6,600 Nitel customers.
