Navayuga InfoTech
Navayuga Infotech Private Limited was incorporated in 1997 as the IT arm of the Navayuga Group. It builds custom web, mobile and enterprise software, including the Airport Information Management System (AIMS) that the Airports Authority of India uses at 147 airports, and port operating systems for port authorities such as Cochin Port Trust. Revenue comes from project-based software development, implementation and multi-year maintenance contracts. It is unfunded. Its last public revenue filing was ₹10–50 Cr for FY2018, and Tracxn lists 83 employees as of Aug 2025. Indian corporate registries list it as 'Under CIRP' (insolvency resolution). It has no verified core AI product, apart from data-annotation hiring in 2021.
