MB92 La Ciotat
MB92 La Ciotat is a shipyard that does refits, repairs, paintwork and rebuilds for superyachts. It has a 4,300-tonne shiplift, a 2,000-tonne Syncrolift and a large dry dock, and it has delivered over 1,000 projects since 1998. It is part of the Barcelona-headquartered MB92 Group, which also includes MB92 Barcelona, Golfe-Juan and Red Sea. Squircle Capital has been the group's major shareholder since 2019. The group announced a €40m investment in MB92 Barcelona in 2026. It is a refit services business, not an AI company, although the group has published material on AI in refit.
