Keylane
Keylane is a Utrecht-based European software provider. Its Axon platform is for insurance and its Plexus platform is for pensions. Customers are insurers, pension insurers, pension funds and administrators in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, Norway and the UK. It sells configurable SaaS platforms plus implementation, legacy modernisation and consulting. It is private equity-owned: Pollen Street acquired it in August 2024, and Waterland was a previous owner. Its website now positions it as the foundation that makes AI work for insurers, and it reports 1,100+ people across 8 offices (2026).
