Hazel Health is a pediatric telehealth provider. It offers virtual physical and behavioral health care to K-12 students at school and at home, and it partners with school districts, health plans and payers. It raised a $33.5M Series C in 2020 and a $51.5M Series C1 in 2022, when it reported reaching about 2.5M students in 3,000 schools across 14 states. In 2026 it reportedly laid off 135 staff in February after losing district contracts, and in June 2026 it named a new CEO.
