Drift
Drift sells AI-powered website chatbots, live chat and buyer-signal tools that qualify B2B website visitors and route them to sales, integrating with CRMs like Salesforce and HubSpot. It was founded in 2015 by David Cancel and Elias Torres, sells by subscription to mid-market and enterprise B2B companies, and raised about $107M before reaching a reported valuation above $1B in 2021. Salesloft acquired it in February 2024 for an undisclosed price. In 2025 a breach involving Drift integrations took the product offline, and in March 2026 Salesloft announced a gradual sunset and named 1mind as the successor.
