Its customers are large, global organizations in complex settings such as unionized, 24/7 shift-based and highly regulated industries, including healthcare, education, manufacturing and retail. The company was founded in 1999 and is based in Livonia, Michigan. It sells software on a subscription basis and was backed by investors including Insight Partners and Elliott Management. It acquired Foko Retail in 2021, and ADP announced its acquisition of the company on October 15, 2024. Employee estimates range from about 577 to 748 depending on the source.
