Trulioo sells a global identity, business verification, fraud prevention and credit decisioning platform (KYC/KYB/AML) to banks, fintechs, payment firms and online businesses.
Trulioo provides a single API and platform for person and business identity verification, document verification, watchlist screening, fraud intelligence and credit decisioning. It has also launched Know Your Agent (KYA) for verifying AI agents, and in 2026 it launched an AI UBO Discovery Agent for beneficial-ownership research. Its customers are financial institutions, payment providers and e-commerce platforms, and it partners with Fiserv and Worldpay. It charges enterprises for API access, on a subscription or pay-per-use basis. Founded in 2011, it raised a $394M Series D led by TCV in 2021 at a valuation of about $1.75–1.8B. Its headcount was about 371 in May 2026.
