TeamSystem develops cloud and AI-enabled platforms for accounting, ERP, HR, invoicing, payments and compliance. Its customers are SMEs, accountants, legal and other professionals, and public bodies. It sells mostly by subscription: annual recurring revenue was about €1B in 2025, or 88% of total revenue. 2025 revenue was a record €1.15B, up 12% organically, with adjusted pro forma EBITDA of €579M. The group served over 3.1M customers and had more than 6,000 employees. It has been backed by Hellman & Friedman since 2015 and keeps growing by acquisition, including in Spain, France and Turkey in 2026.
