REEF sells a network of urban hubs, built on parking lots and real estate, plus AI tools to local operators who launch food, delivery and service businesses.
REEF Technology, formerly ParkJockey, converts parking facilities and other urban real estate into neighborhood hubs for parking, delivery kitchens, last-mile logistics and services. Its website now says operators can start and scale local businesses using built-in demand, infrastructure and AI technology. Customers include local operators, restaurant brands, delivery and logistics companies, and cities. The company is private equity-backed and reportedly raised $700M in November 2020 from investors including SoftBank and Mubadala. PitchBook lists a buyout/LBO deal with Kaikaku dated July 2026.
