Optiv sells managed security services (including its Agentic Security Operations offering, launched August 2026 on Google Security Operations and Wiz) along with security technology reselling and integration. It serves nearly 6,000 client companies and is privately held, owned by KKR. It was formed in 2015 by the merger of Accuvant and FishNet Security and reported about $2.5B in revenue in 2018. In June 2026 it sold its advisory, consulting and transformation business to Vobis Ventures to focus on managed services, and in 2026 it also amended and extended its credit facilities.
