Medically Home
Hospital-at-home platform and clinical services that let health systems deliver hospital-level care in patients' homes; now part of DispatchHealth.
Medically Home sold a hospital-at-home model to health systems and physician groups. It combined clinical protocols, platform technology, a clinical command center and fulfillment of in-home services through partners. It raised roughly $200M–$260M, depending on source, from investors including Mayo Clinic, Kaiser Permanente, Cardinal Health and Baxter, with a Series D in January 2022. In March 2025 it agreed to merge with Denver-based DispatchHealth, and the merger closed in June 2025. The combined company, operating under the DispatchHealth brand, has more than 2,200 employees and works in about 50 metro areas with nearly 40 health systems.
