ComplaintMate is an AI-powered platform designed to help consumers prepare, manage and follow up on complaints with businesses and service providers. Instead of dealing with scattered emails, missed follow-ups and complicated complaint processes, users can manage each complaint as a separate case. The platform aims to help users: - Prepare clear, structured complaint letters using AI. - Organise supporting evidence and correspondence. - Track complaint progress, responses and deadlines. - Generate follow-up communications. - Understand available escalation options. - Manage multiple complaints from one dashboard. ComplaintMate is being developed as both a web platform and mobile application, with options for self-service complaint management and additional assistance. The goal is to make consumer complaints easier to handle, more organised and less time-consuming. Current status: Development and testing, with beta release preparation underway. I'm looking for feedback from potential users and people interested in testing the platform before its wider release.
