Hi, I'm Neha: I build AI agents that hold up with real customers
I'm an AI engineer in New York. I build AI agents and automations, and I spend most of my time on the part after the demo: making them behave with real users.
What's working: a customer support agent I built for an e-commerce business looks up orders and products, answers policy questions, and hands the rest to a person. It cut manual customer support by 60%. The lesson that made the difference was evaluation. We tracked escalation rate, reopen rate and grounding, not just whether answers sounded good.
What I'm building now: small, fixed-scope automations for businesses that still handle enquiries and quotes by hand, plus reliability reviews for teams whose agent works in the demo but breaks in production. I also built A2AWall, a security gateway for AI agents that blocked 24 of 24 attacks in an adversarial test.
One thing I need: introductions to founders or operators with an agent or workflow that is costing them time or trust. Happy to give a free first look and tell you what I'd check first.
