Showcase for the Kelleher HVAC platform: public website, no-account bill pay through Authorize.net's hosted checkout, invoice import and delivery with QR pay links, verified direct-mail campaigns, an agent-ready API with 146 operations, and AI assistants kept away from private data. Next.js + Postgres on HostKit. Source is private.

Showcase for Key Broker (source private): a Swift menu-bar vault for AI agents on macOS. The human enters a token in a native sheet, it is stored per bot in the Keychain, and the broker attaches it only to path-checked requests to one approved API. Agents use it over MCP and never receive the secret.

Showcase for Midlothian Mechanical's platform: public site, office system with 20 years of legacy SQL Server history reconciled to the cent, dispatch, equipment record, supplier-priced proposals with e-sign, AI quoting and website/phone assistants under human approval. Next.js, Postgres. Source is private.
