Impel
Impel (formerly SpinCar, renamed in 2022) sells a SaaS "AI Operating System" for car retail. It covers conversational Sales and Service AI, digital merchandising, and 360° vehicle walkaround imaging. Customers are automotive dealers, OEMs and marketplaces. After acquiring Outsell in 2024 in a deal reported at over $100M, it said it served more than 8,000 dealers in 51 countries. It raised a $104M growth round led by Silversmith Capital in 2022–23, for about $126M in total funding, and FM Capital made a secondary investment in 2025 and a follow-on in 2026.
