Rezolv raises $12.5M Series A
Rezolv has partnered with more than 22 banks and NBFCs, including AU Small Finance Bank, ICICI Bank and IIFL. Its AI handles 6.5 million minutes of borrower conversations each month across more than 12 million loan accounts. Vertex Ventures Southeast Asia & India joined the round, alongside existing investor 3one4 Capital. Total capital raised now stands at $16M. Valuation has not been confirmed by a primary source. Karan Mehta and Sonali Jindal, who previously founded Kissht, started the company in 2024. Its voice agents run early-stage collection calls and texts in local languages, with compliance checks built into each call. Complex late-stage cases go to human agents with the full interaction log. The new money will extend the AI tools into sales, risk, underwriting and collections. It will also support expansion beyond India. For AI founders, Rezolv shows a vertical-agent pattern: start with one measurable workflow in a regulated industry, then widen into adjacent ones. The company cites a 35% improvement in bounce and resolution rates from its Strategy Builder. Reported outcome metrics and named bank customers are what let a two-year-old company raise from a growth-stage lead. Compliance built into the product also counts as a selling point in lending.
