Outmarket AI raises $34.5M Series B
SignalFire led the round, with Fika Ventures, Permanent Capital Ventures, TTV Capital and Dash Fund participating. The company says the round values it at $335 million and brings total funding to $56.5 million. Outmarket reports more than 10,000 active users and over 300 agency customers, including more than 25% of the Top 100 insurance agencies. The money is earmarked for product development, hiring across engineering, insurance operations and customer success, and a move toward carriers. With the raise, Outmarket launched a Certificates of Insurance workflow. It reads client contracts or leases, extracts insurance requirements, compares them with policies in the agency management system, flags gaps and generates completed ACORD certificates. Carrier-side capabilities are due to begin later in 2026. The company connects to existing agency systems and does not ask customers to replace core software. The pace is the notable part. The Series B came four months after the Series A announcement, and the company credits broker adoption speed. For founders selling into regulated, document-heavy verticals, the pattern is worth noting: integrating with the incumbent system of record, shipping narrow workflows that produce checkable outputs, and expanding within accounts. Investors are paying for that kind of traction. The same sources note the pressure that follows: mistakes in insurance can create financial and regulatory exposure, so accuracy and human review will be tested as usage grows.
