FintechOS raises $28M in a venture round
The $28M is split between equity and debt. The equity came from existing shareholders Bek Ventures, IFC, Cipio Partners and Molten Ventures, and the debt facility comes from Santander CIB. Total funding since the 2017 founding now stands at $178.9 million. No valuation was disclosed. The company says the money will go to US expansion, European client relationships and a larger delivery team. The company reports a stronger base than in earlier rounds. In the first half of 2026 it reached profitability, recurring revenue rose 40% year over year, and US revenue rose 130%. It is targeting more than 200% US growth over the next 12 months. More than 20 financial institutions worldwide are expected to adopt its FintechOS 8 platform this year. US customers include credit unions such as ESL Federal Credit Union, and European clients include Bankinter and Groupama. For AI founders, the deal shows a vendor selling AI-native software into regulated banks and insurers. Its Dex copilot lets non-technical users configure products and offers. It is funding growth with bank debt and insider equity after reaching profitability, not with a large new priced round. The delivery model matters as well: each client team pairs a technical consultant with an engineer, so services capacity is part of the enterprise AI sales cost.
