HappyRobot raises $150M Series C for voice agents in logistics
The round was announced August 4, 2026, and values the San Francisco company at $1.2 billion. That is more than double the roughly $500M valuation from its Series B less than a year earlier. Total funding now stands near $200 million. Prysm Capital led and Eurazeo co-led. Existing backers a16z, Base10 and Y Combinator returned, joined by strategics including Koch Disruptive Technologies, Orange and T.Capital (Deutsche Telekom). The platform serves more than 150 enterprise customers, including DHL, Kuehne + Nagel, Naturgy, Repsol and Uber, and works with eight of the top ten freight brokers. Growth has been fivefold since the Series B. The new money is earmarked for expansion from supply chain into insurance, energy and utilities, telecommunications and airlines. Reported competitors in that wider push include Parloa and Sierra. For founders, the pattern is a vertical wedge that became a platform. The company proved voice agents in one call-heavy industry, with measurable workloads such as freight calls, emails and paperwork, before moving to adjacent sectors. Growth-stage investors like Prysm are now pricing these businesses on deployed revenue and enterprise logos rather than model novelty. Horizontal agent vendors will meet a competitor that already has production references in sectors they are targeting.
