Genspark raises $485M Series B at $2.6B for its all-in-one AI workspace
The June money was a $100M extension backed by Sozo Ventures, Korea Mirae Asset, UpHonest Capital and existing investors. The $485M figure is the cumulative Series B. The announcement came on June 17, 2026, though other outlets list slightly different dates. The company also named Jamison Powell as chief revenue officer and launched AgentBase, a database and dashboard builder aimed at replacing legacy SaaS tools. It was reportedly not actively raising, and the round grew because of investor demand. The round followed a fast sequence. Genspark raised $275M at a $1.25B valuation in November 2025, then extended that round to $385M in January 2026. It reports more than 2 million monthly active users and charges $30 per user per month for team plans. It also says it serves more than 6,000 business customers. For founders, the useful signal is the step-up. The valuation rose 63 percent in a single quarter. Investors are paying up for agent products that deliver finished work and show enterprise traction, and the Powell hire shows where the money is going: a sales team for large accounts. Founders pitching similar all-in-one agent tools will be compared with these numbers. Note that the headline's $485M overstates the new capital in this round.
