Graph AI raises $13.3M Series A
Insight Partners led the round, with existing investor Bessemer Venture Partners participating. It comes nearly a year after the October 2025 seed round. Valuation has not been disclosed. The money goes toward expansion across the US and Europe and faster product development.
The Pleasanton, California company sells Graph Safety, a pharmacovigilance platform for handling drug adverse-event reports. It offers two modules, Intake for capturing and triaging reports and Nucleus for case processing, and a third called Report, for aggregate reporting, is due this month. A further product, Signal, is in development with customers and is meant to spot emerging safety patterns across cases. The company says live deployments cut case turnaround from over three hours to under 10 minutes and lowered operating costs by up to 66%. Those figures are self-reported.
For founders selling AI into regulated industries, the pitch here rests on controls as much as speed. The platform pairs AI with deterministic controls, validation layers and end-to-end audit trails. The company says it built with reference to the FDA's AI credibility framework, the EU AI Act and the CIOMS Working Group XIV report. Buyers in pharma appear to expect that documentation, and investors are funding vertical teams that supply it.
