Ayar Labs develops optical I/O solutions with co-packaged optical engines for AI and high-performance computing infrastructure. The company announced a $500M Series E on February 28, 2026, from its base in San Jose, US. Investors and valuation were not disclosed in Crunchbase's round record; Lounge adds them as they are reported. It has raised more than $100M in total venture funding.
