Arivihan raises $10M Series A
Accel and Prosus Ventures co-led the round, and both were already investors. GSF angel investors added another $200,000. Regulatory filings seen by Entrackr show 4,648 Series A CCPS issued at ₹2,06,248.06 each. Those filings put the post-money valuation at about ₹570 crore, roughly $60 million, though the company has not stated a valuation. Total funding now exceeds $15 million, after a $4.17 million pre-Series A in July 2025. The Indore company sells automated tutoring built from video lessons, instant doubt-solving and adaptive study plans. It mainly serves Class 12 students in smaller cities and rural areas, and 80% of subscribers are from Tier III cities and rural India. FY25 revenue was ₹3.14 crore against a ₹4.45 crore loss. The money goes to expansion in Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan and Bihar, a bigger CBSE offering, more vernacular language support and AI research. For AI founders, the round shows insiders doubling down on a low-cost, teacher-light model aimed at price-sensitive users outside the metros, even with revenue still small against losses. Language coverage and distribution are the stated spending priorities, which suggests model quality alone is not the constraint in this segment.
