Rig Security raises $12M Seed
Ten Eleven Ventures and Brightmind Partners co-led the round. The CrowdStrike Falcon Fund took part, along with angels such as Wiz co-founder Ami Luttwak. Valuation was not disclosed. Reports say the financing closed in late 2025, before the September 29 stealth exit. CEO Guy Kozliner, a former Wiz team member, founded the Tel Aviv company in 2025. The platform is reportedly in production at Fortune 200 firms in financial services and insurance. Two components do the work. An identity correlation engine, reported at over 96% accuracy, resolves identities across identity providers, cloud, on-premises systems and network edges. It builds a graph of how accounts, permissions and trust relationships connect. An endpoint sensor called Bifrost separates an AI agent's session from a human's, so policy can block a rogue agent without interrupting the person. Funds go to detection and enforcement research, a larger U.S. sales team and channel partners. Agents usually act through human and service-account credentials, which makes them hard to tell apart from their users in conventional tooling. For AI founders, that is a procurement issue. Enterprise buyers will ask how an agent's actions get attributed and revoked, and vendors with clear answers on identity scoping and audit trails will clear security reviews faster.
