Chamelio raises $26M Series A five months after its seed
Existing investors Work-Bench and Emerge Ventures joined the round, and Bright Pixel Capital also took part. Bright Pixel is the tech investment arm of the Sonae Group. Customers include Wiz, monday.com, Socure, AppsFlyer and Wonderful.ai. The money will fund its proprietary legal action model, legal engineering and product hiring, and onboarding technology that helps customers migrate off legacy CLM systems. Alex Zilberman, Gal Lellouche and former general counsel Gil Banyas founded the company in 2024. The timeline is a little unclear: a $5.7 million seed was announced on January 27th, bringing total publicly announced funding to $10 million, which is about eight months before the Series A, not five. Each deployment comes with legal engineers who help customers move off old systems and turn existing processes into workflows. For founders, the round shows investors paying for fast revenue growth in vertical agents that replace incumbent systems of record. Chamelio's pairing of agents with hands-on migration staff suggests that in regulated work, services-heavy onboarding may be what gets the product in the door.
