Digs raises $25.3M Series A
Builders FirstSource is the sole lead, and the round came with a five-year commercial agreement. Under it, the supplier will build Digs' platform into its digital tools for more than 140,000 builder customers. Its network covers roughly 565 locations in 43 states. Valuation was not disclosed. Total funding now exceeds $47M, after a $5M pre-Series A round in late 2025. Digs was founded in 2022 by Ryan Fink and Ty Frackiewicz and is based in Vancouver, Washington. It sells to builders on a SaaS model. The product covers estimates, blueprint collaboration and, after move-in, maintenance and warranty care, and it aims to keep a digital twin of each home. Thousands of homes are on the platform. Earlier backers include Fuse, Flying Fish, Oregon Venture Fund and Cascade Seed Fund. The company has 37 employees and plans to pass 60 by year end, mostly in engineering, design and product. For AI founders selling into legacy industries, the structure is the lesson. A strategic investor that is also a distribution channel can shorten enterprise sales cycles that would otherwise take years. The tradeoff is dependence on one partner's ecosystem, and the terms of that dependence are not public.
