Rillet raises $100M Series C at $1B for its AI-native ledger
New ARR doubled over the prior three months, and the customer base passed 600, including public companies and fast-growing AI firms. Neuralink, Skild AI and Mercor are named users. Total funding now exceeds $200 million after three raises in 14 months. TechCrunch reported the round came together in under 48 hours, even though no raise had been planned. An EY partnership was announced alongside it, pointing to distribution beyond the mid-market.
The product pitch is a ledger where agents work with full context. Structured data flows in through native integrations, and every agent action carries an audit trail, with human approval where needed. It positions against Oracle Fusion, SAP, Workday and NetSuite. Expansion is aimed at biotech, healthcare, fintech, logistics and professional services. The prior round was a $70 million Series B in August 2025, co-led by Andreessen Horowitz and ICONIQ Growth.
For AI founders, the signal is that back-office systems of record are now fundable as AI-native replacements, not just as add-ons. Rillet's argument is that agents layered over legacy ERPs inherit their limits. Startups selling finance or compliance agents on top of incumbent systems should expect that framing from investors. It also shows how fast a quarter of doubling new ARR can pull a term sheet forward.
