Glow raises $100M from Sequoia, Cyberstarts, Greenoaks and Redpoint
The $100 million Series B came with Glow's exit from stealth on July 22, at a $1.2 billion valuation. Index Ventures, Swish Ventures, Lux Capital and Holly Ventures also took part. It follows a $20 million seed led by Sequoia and Cyberstarts, then a $60 million Series A at a $400 million valuation. That makes three rounds in roughly a year. The money goes toward a larger U.S. go-to-market team and Glow Labs, its security research arm. The product centers on prevention. Specialized AI agents map the endpoint environment, assess risk in real time and enforce policy automatically, deciding which software is allowed and which gets removed. The founders are CEO Roi Tiger, a nine-year Meta veteran, CTO Omer Singer, formerly of Snowflake, and research lead Ophir Arie, formerly of Claroty. The valuation is also notable because reports earlier in the year described the company as largely in stealth, with no public product. For AI founders, the pitch ties security spending to the spread of AI tools on employee devices. Glow says a smaller endpoint attack surface lets employees adopt AI securely. Investors are paying early for companies that control what runs inside enterprise AI adoption. Startups selling into security teams may face buyers who now expect that kind of control as a baseline.
